Sponsored by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, this workshop will equip participants with tools and strategies to better take on the leadership challenges emerging leaders face in philanthropy. The workshop curriculum draws from the Foundation’s Results Count framework, developed to drive measurable improvements in the lives of children and families.

At a time when many foundations are wrestling with their roles in promoting equity, it is more vital than ever that internal leaders have the tools and support they need to advocate internally. Modeled after EPIP’s Emerging Leader Salons, this session will feature stories from practitioners who have successfully -- or not so successfully -- worked to advance equity within their institutions.
